Eric Goodrich
Research at Rochester Institute of Technology
Eric is a fourth year Biomedical Engineering student at RIT. Eric joined the MSB lab in January 2016. He is currently conducting a research project in microfluidics which focuses specifically on the manipulation of biological particles with dielectrophoresis.Academic Background
- B.S. in Biomedical Engineering, Rochester Institute of Technology, Rochester, New York (Expected 05/2019).
Projects
- Manipulation of biological particles with dielectrophoresis
- Studying the polarization of nano and microparticles in low-frequency AC due to dielectrophoresis. Specifically analyzing the effect that different surface functionalities have on polarization.
NEWS: October 2017 - Eric Goodrich received a research award at AIChE Annual Meeting
Eric Goodrich (4th year BME student) was was awarded a Travel Grant at the AES Annual meeting at the 2017 AIChE Annual Meeting, Minneapolis, MN, 10/2017.Congratulations Eric!
